Informing Create’s advocacy for collaborative arts

In our recently published strategy – People Practice Progress: Building Sustainable Futures (2026-2031) – we set out our goals to develop, support, model and advocate for artists and communities so they can create exceptional art together.  Our mission is to model, develop and advocate for the conditions that enable collaborative arts practice to flourish and for artists and communities to be supported in creating work of depth, meaning and purpose together.

We aim to provide a strong voice for the sector, so we are now developing a new plan to guide our work in this area over the next five years.  Annette Nugent is working with us on this, and is consulting with stakeholders to identify priorities and make recommendations.

To help us to gather ideas into action, we would like to understand what you think are the key issues to address in our advocacy.
