Festivals Connect Request for Tender: Provision of Conference Facilitation & Event Management Services

Create, the national development agency for collaborative arts, invites Creative and Cultural Producers with experience in event curation, management and coordination to apply to facilitate, manage and deliver a 1-Day conference event in Sligo on Saturday 23rd May 2026. Note: this will be the Third Day of a wider 3 Day Event, Days 1 and 2 are project-managed and facilitated by the Arts Council of Ireland. 

About Festivals Connect: 

The Festivals Connect programme is led by Create, in partnership with the British Council, with support from Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Arts Council of Ireland, supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). Festivals Connect aims to engage with existing festivals and provide opportunities, centred in cultural democratic approaches that foster inclusive social engagement and build sustainable structures to continually develop community-led programmes and partnerships.
