Documenting Artistic Practice: For NEIC artists

This workshop will be facilitated by artist Seoidín O’Sullivan and will provide a productive, peer-led space to explore documenting social and community-based artistic practice. Together, participants will move beyond thinking of documentation as simply “record keeping” and instead consider it as a creative, relational, meaningful, and ethical part of practice.
Seoidín O’Sullivan is a contemporary artist with a socially engaged practice. Her work is collaborative and focuses on bringing people together in action to protect or develop aspects of their ecological commons.
This workshop is offered as part of the North East Inner City Community Arts Programme, managed by Create.
