Artist in the Community Scheme Awards 2025 now OPEN for applications

Applications are now open for Artist in the Community Scheme Awards. Applications will close on the 31st March 2025. All applications, guidelines and further materials can be found at our AIC Scheme Awards page, in both English and Irish.
Information Sessions
We know from internal research that in 2024, 63% of proposals deemed ineligible were submitted by artists and communities who did not seek advice from Create before applying. We strongly recommend that applicants attend information sessions and one to one advisory clinics in advance of applying. Mentoring within the AIC Scheme
Artists applying for Research and Development Awards can choose to nominate a mentor relevant to the field of collaborative arts practice. New for 2025, this mentor can be an arts professional relevant to the field of collaborative arts practice, rather than a professional artist themselves. Examples include an artist of any artform with a strong track-record of working collaboratively with communities, or a curator or producer with relevant experience in working in the context of collaborative arts practice.
