In the book, artists Rhona Byrne, Susan Gogan, Declan Gorman and Ríonach Ní Néill, describe their collaboration with communities of interest and place and document the work produced through the Artist in the Community Scheme which Create manages on behalf of the Arts Council. The book shows how the Scheme through the years has become a key mechanism through which collaborative arts is now understood as a vibrant and dynamic contemporary art practice.
