David McConnell Chair
David McConnell is a consultant, specialising in providing financial services to arts organisations. He was formerly Head of Finance with the Arts Council Ireland and also is an organist and choir director.
Sarah Browne
Sarah Browne is a visual artist based in Ireland. Her research-based practice is made public through exhibitions, publications, lecturing and critical writing. She also works collaboratively with Gareth Kennedy as Kennedy Browne and in 2009 she co-represented Ireland at the 53rd Venice Biennale.
Philip Delamere
Philip Delamere studied sculpture at Limerick School of Art from 1989 to 1994 and worked as an artist, arts administrator and street theatre practitioner until 2000. He became County Arts Officer with Roscommon County Council in 2000 and has been Arts Officer with Leitrim County Council since 2011.
Deirdre Figueiredo
Deirdre Figueiredo MBE is Director of Craftspace, a limited company and arts charity based in Birmingham and has expertise in visual arts, contemporary craft and design. She also specialises in practice and strategy around public engagement, participation, creative production, inclusion and diversity. In a voluntary capacity she sits on the board of several arts organisations across England.

Mark O’ Brien
Mark O’Brien is a graduate of UCD with a Master's degree in English. He has been Arts Development Manager / Deputy Director at Axis, Ballymun since 2004. His role includes developing participatory and collaborative arts projects and the strategic development of arts practice in a range of contexts. Mark also practises as a theatre director, sound designer / composer and arts consultant.
Mark Price
Mark Price is an architect, teacher and writer. He works with the Save 16 Moore Street Committee, the Irish Anti-War Movement and the Irish Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
